Concern: Gang violence in the UK is a problem, and the cuts will only make matters worse. Gang violence is complex and its origins lie in a growing disconnect between national policy makers and communities

 

Solution: Both central government and local government, without delay, should set up a National Commission to investigate the causes of gang violence and the solutions needed to reduce the difficulties we face
