I am concerned about the upcoming 'localism bill' as it seems to circumnavigate planning regulations including environmental and historic concerns.

This bill needs to be amended or thrown out, otherwise we will lose our cultural heritage and sustainable natural places. What happened to the governments commitments to the environment?
