By using Digital Democracy you must stay within the website rules, which includes the following commitments:

You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user. While lively debate is encouraged, criticism should be expressed towards campaigns, not users.

You will not use Digital Democracy to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Digital Democracy.

You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") on Digital Democracy without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow our Digital Democracy Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws.

You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Digital Democracy.

You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Digital Democracy, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.

You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Digital Democracy, such as a denial of service attack.

You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

Any user in breach of these commitments will be warned.
If a user continues to behave unacceptably their account will be removed and they may be permanently banned.
